Οι Warlord είναι αμερικάνικο heavy metal συγκρότημα, το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε στο Σαν Χοσέ της Καλιφόρνια το 1980 και μετά τη διάλυση του το 1986, έχει επανενωθεί δύο φορές και συνεχίζει μέχρι σήμερα.
